Welcome to Rebecca's Market & More, LLC. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Orders & Payment

Placing an order online is an offer to buy, which we accept when we ship your order or notify you it's ready. Prices, availability, and shipping/tax charges shown at checkout are calculated at the time of your order and may change afterward without affecting orders already placed. Payment is processed securely through PayPal at the time of purchase.

Sales Tax

We collect sales tax on orders shipped within Alabama, calculated based on the delivery address, and on items sold in person at Northport Pickers. Orders shipping outside Alabama are not currently charged sales tax by us.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Once your order ships, we'll provide a tracking number. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once a package leaves our hands.

Items Available In Person

Some items are marked as available only in person at Northport Pickers and cannot be ordered through this website. These items are sold first-come, first-served and may sell before your visit.

Returns & Exchanges

Many of our items are one-of-a-kind vintage or gently-used finds, so please review photos and descriptions carefully before ordering. If something arrives damaged or isn't as described, contact us at privacy@rebeccasmarket.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll work with you to make it right.

Account Responsibility

You're responsible for keeping your account password secure and for any activity under your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else has accessed it.

Acceptable Use

Please don't use this site to submit false information, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of Liability

Our products are provided as described to the best of our ability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this site or the products purchased through it, beyond the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
